PMI Central Oregon is a full service real estate asset management company that provides professional property management and real estate brokerage services. We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties real time access to maintenance requests and billing.

Our office is locally owned and independently operated. We are part of a larger franchise that has been perfecting and changing the property management industry for over 20 years. The experience PMI has gained worldwide… truly reflects within our service offerings on a local level.

We not only strive to increase the value of your asset over time, but we also help you set the maximum rent possible so each month you grow in your investment.
Oliver holds a Master's degree in Economics and Marketing. He moved from Germany to the United States in 1992 and proudly became a U.S. citizen in January 2025.
Bringing his entrepreneurial drive across the Atlantic, Oliver founded a successful Soccer Academy, owned two Soccer Specialty Retail Stores with an online presence, and launched both a Commercial Loan Company and a Franchise Coaching Business.
A real estate investor since 2000, Oliver started Property Management Inc. Central Oregon LLC in May 2017, blending years of business experience with a passion for serving both property owners and tenants. He also recently joined the Board of the Central Oregon Rental Owners Association.
Outside of his professional life, Oliver is a dedicated father of three, a proud grandfather, and a dog lover—with a French Bulldog and a Rottweiler by his side. He enjoys traveling, all things soccer, and soaking in the natural beauty of Central Oregon’s great outdoors.
Tiffany Sharkey is the friendly voice behind the phones and the organizational heartbeat of PMI. With 10 years of property management experience, Tiffany keeps the office running smoothly and ensures clients and tenants always feel heard, supported, and taken care of.
Since moving to beautiful Central Oregon in 2014, Tiffany has embraced everything the region has to offer—especially the sense of community. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her dog Chief, hanging out with her family, and enjoying life as a proud mom of three and grandma to two adorable grandchildren.
Tiffany’s warm personality, attention to detail, and years of industry know-how make her an essential part of the PMI team—and a friendly face (and voice!) clients can count on every day.
Debbie Marshall brings over a decade of property management experience to the PMI team, having worked in the industry since 2011. As our Maintenance Coordinator, Debbie is the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes—making sure homes are cared for and maintenance issues are handled with efficiency and care.
A proud Central Oregon resident for more than 30 years, Debbie knows the area like the back of her hand and brings a deep sense of community to everything she does. When she’s not juggling repair schedules or coordinating with vendors, you’ll likely find her in the garden or behind a sewing machine—two of her favorite ways to unwind.
Debbie is also a proud mom of two adult children, grandmother to seven, and great-grandmother to three (and counting!). Her nurturing spirit and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of our team—and a friendly voice clients can always count on.
